To check your firmware version:

Hold in the "Configuration" button for Citroen to the left of the touchscreen for about 5 seconds until the System Information menu appears.

Select "System Version".

• If you don't have a "Config" button do the same with the "Menu" button.
• The firmware version will start with SMEG 5xx (for 7" Touchscreen) or SMEG 6xx (for 7" Touchscreen with Mirror Screen).
• If your existing Firmware version is under the versions below you will be able to update to the latest relevant version.

Latest versions available are

• SMEG+ 5.43.A.R2 (if your existing firmware is version 5 and is below 5.43)
• SMEG+ 6.4.A.R10 (if your existing firmware is version 6 and is below 6.4)

You will require a USB memory stick/flash drive between 8gb and 32gb capacity to complete the update.  Some years of manufacture will require a certain sized capacity
